I am a process engineer for plasma sterilisation.
Perhaps we can help you, because we have an own sterilisator, and we have influence on all the physical parameters like temperature and concentration of the H2O2. If you are interested we can do a few tests and check if there is a cycle that changes nothing at your device but the sterility.
